She was in a car with a beer and 2 adults who are both over 24. She runs around with her cousin and was in another county and I dont expect to get the truth out of her. I am not sure what the whole charges are about. She has really stressed me out lately.

first thing -dont show up drunk
second thing - there may be a public defender there who will represent your daughter or there will be people there for similar charges - watch what they do say to get minimum sentences - inform your daughter to do the same - if there is a public defender present he will give you advice as what to do

If he was caught with it in the car or a DUI or DWI is involved, yeah, a suspended license could be part of the deal. I don't have any personal experience here, but it stands to reason.

Does your son or daughter have a problem? If so, consulting a pastor would be a wise idea.

Although you are not in question the prosecuter will try to get you involved saying things like how you appear to be a responsible adult so why would you encourage a minor to drink. (hint the word encourage) your best bet is to say as little as possiable and if you get put on the spot. object and request a continuance to seek legal counsel. Afterwards get a lawyer cause you are trying to be set up
