We all know all award given in the Art were tampered with during the election process.

Dr. M Balamurali Krishna, the stalwart Carnatic musician, once said ..."WHO ARE THE PEOPLE THAT SELECT AND RANK THE VARIOUS PERSONS TO PRESENT AWARDS? ARE THEY REALLY COMPETENT?" This sentiment was also expressed in a milder manner by the erstwhile famous South Indian Play-back singer Ms P. Susheela.
May we say anything more and counter that? It should hold good in the Hindi world too!!!

Yes the deol brothers are good and they rarely get awards, especially thier father who only got an award afer 20 years in the business...no offence but awards are rarely given to punjabi actors in bollywood.
