My buds from work had a going away party for a friend who was moveing out of state in a few days and of course one too many blacktooths(crown & cola),Jaegerbombs and brew and after we closed the bar needed a beer run so i borrowed my neighbors golfcart to drive up the street and was followed back by the local law enforcement.At the time i was seeing double with one eye closed .I got up to take the mutt out and it was on my mind so what do you think?Cheers.

Yes you can. Driving ANY motorized vehicle (at least in my state) while intoxicated is considered a DUI no matter what the vehicle.

The answer is a very simple yes. Driving any motorized vehicle results in the same conclusion.

The reason you got the ticket was because you were on a public roadway. If it's on a public roadway, doesn't matter what you were driving.
You're lucky all you got was a DUI. You could have caused harm to yourself or someone else.

Yes you can be given a dui for driving any type of vehicle. pretty much anything that moves - or you steer.

Yes if you are on public property. It doesn't matter if you are on a golf cart, moped, or any other motorized vehicle.

I would think so...my ex-husbands uncle got one while riding a donkey, going up his own driveway!! Of course, it may depend on where you live...
