other costs that he will have to pay besides food & lodging. My neighbour claimed that his son still studying in Spore poly had incurred almost Rm 70,000 (malaysia) in school related fees after the 3yr dipoma graduation. Why is it so? Thanks

sorry for the ommissions, it seems that the Rm70,000 are compulsory school fees. Is it true? Initially I thought that after the gov.subsidise the tuition fees of S$13,000 the student only has to to pay S$2,300.
so even after paying one's own food & lodging. It should be affordable but not to the extent of RM70,000!!!. Can someone kindly help to clarify? thanks

Ermm. Extra courses? Like leadership courses etc.
