Modifying medicare, medicade, and social security, a 1.4 trillion dollar budget problem.

Fixing spiriling costs in health care, we spend 15% of our gdp on health care currently.

First and foremost, the partison fighting must end. The current gridlock in our Congress is, certainly, not the ideal method to resolve any issues in a manner that is in the best interest of our nation and its citizens. It would appear that these political leaders have forgotten that this is what they were elected to do. Only by working together, will our "best and brightest" political leaders, and I use this term loosely, ever be able to find the best solutions to any of the many major problems facing our nation.

Agriculture! Sane treatment of the Earth. Caring for the weakest members of our society. Feed and House the Elderly in a Humane way for God's sakes! Make children safe again!

They will make people mad. Pure and simple. Things that need done are going to be unpopular.Politicians seldom do anything that is unpopular except spend money.

We need a new law. Every legislators staff member should be able to be called in front of a special panel under oath to testify about every decision that each legislator makes, no mater how mundane.

The top item on the agenda is the Iraq War.....we need to pull out or come up with a victory plan.

The 2nd item should be controlling the high cost of healthcare and education.
