I'm pregnant? I do Advanced TaeBo everyday for an hour. Or should I just cut back to the basic if i am pregnant? I don't know if I am yet. I am going to get a test after work. I have Thyroid disease and I did weigh 184lbs when I found out. I have lost 30 lbs since I got everything under control. I want to loose 20 more lbs (if I'm not pregnant) before summer. And if I am pregnant I don't want to gain the weight back so should I keep working out even if I am pregnant? Or should I just walk everyday if I am or what?

if you are doing this type of activity on a NORMAL basis before you were pregnant, it will not hurt you early in pregnancy. although you CAN feel more tired and have less endurance....if that is the case, cutting down will not hurt you either. i know plenty of ladies that carried on normal exercising untill 3-4 months pregnant ...with the dr;s approval of course! :)

as for the weight, know you WILL gain weight while pregnant. that is just what happens. :) BUT you can talk with your dr about your concerns. i was actually given a "diet" before i got pregnant, and i was told that continuing WHILE pregnant wouldn't hurt anything. i put it as a "diet" because it was basically just a WAY of eating, portion controll, limiting fats and sugars and eating MORE fruits and vegetables...a form that helped me eat a more balanced diet....my calories were cut too....but it was enough to easily sustain me even while expecting. it's about the QUALITY of foods that you are eating that is the most important.

good luck to you! the most important thing is do make sure that you have your drs approval while pregnant before changing ANYTHING!

If you are pregnant talk to your doctor about this. If you were active before you got pregnant then it is fine as long as your doctor says you can do it. She may tell you to cut back on it though. I walk a mile and a half everyday on the treadmill and every other day I ride the stationary bike for about 6 or 7 miles. Just regulate your heart beat, if it gets above 140 cut back.

If you were active before you were pregnant then you are fine. As for you not putting on weight think about what you would be doing to your child.
