Some of those I know:
Free entry to the ASEAN member countries for 21 days without visa as tourist : Malaysia, Brunei Darrusalam, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Vietnam.
Brazil is another one with longer chance of stay: 90 days for toursim purpose without visa.

Hi. Filipinos are allowed entry without visa to the following countries (the one i know and have been to without visa); All ASEAN member countries e.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia except Myanmar. Hongkong and Brazil. Other countries like Germany, Korea and Austria don't require visa if you are using official (red) passport. These are only the countries that i know (because i have been there) but i'm pretty sure there are more. Goodluck.

Thailand is the only country that I know from experience does not require any thing beyond a passport for a Filipino. This is a really good question though.
ASEAN countries were supposed to have a "free travel" zone but it didn't really happen. In theory, you are allowed to travel to any ASEAN country, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Singapore, but you must arrive and depart by air. I hope that someone can find a list that is somehow official..

Based on my personal travel experience, Filipinos are allowed visa-free entry only within the Southeast Asian countries --- Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia... You'll need a visa even to go to China or Korea.
For all other continents, visas are required (further subject to per-country immigration rules and regulations).
