Noellen because when she gets older everyone will not forget it because it is a unique name, Brenda is sort of an older name and justine is too.

Noellen, Its a mix between Noel and Ellen which are very pretty names one meaning Born on Christmas and everyone loves what Christmas bring to the family, and the other meaning Light.
