It would have to be an animal that works the land and the sea too. Perhaps a polar bear who does do both of the above.

I would like to be a Galapagos Tortoise. They live their 100+ year lives basking in the sun, playing in mud, and casually enjoying a stress-free life.

I would be a bear!
They sleep half the year.
All that fur would be cozy and warm.
They deliver their babies in their sleep the size of a walnut, and when they wake up the babies are half grown.
Everyone loves you, they think you are so sweet and cuddily, however, nobody will come near you. They respect you and the fact that you are way more powerful that they are.
They got it made!
