hmm...my birthday is this weekend..the big 3-0. you can skip the purse sis..what i really want is a new BMW. By the way..the surprise party isn't a surprise any more.

Depends on how old your sister is, how about getting her a manicure and peticure at the local spa. If that is too expansive then go with the outfits and new shoes.

buy her clothes and shoes to match the purse you already got her.
Or, make a gift certificate for her that says you will take her shopping w/ you and she has X $'s to spend...take her to lunch, get your hair/nails done together...
