Do they really think this kind of activity is going to gain them anything?

wouldn't it be easier to promote the message without these people at their protests?

or is it just to bulk up the number of people who actualy show up?

Christina: if you actualy read my question carefuly i asked why do the anti-war protesters side with them... I did not lump all the protesters in to one group. I am a republican, and I know a number of republicans who are anti-war, and I know a lot of Liberals who are anti-war, and I would never lump them in to the same catagory.

my question is, why side with them? they do nothing for your cause, and only hurt it.

Christina: these people do go to your anti-war protests, I am not talking out the side of my face. I have seen these people, up close, in living color and in real time. If I was not familiar with these poeple and their tactics I would not make any comment at all.

Man, don't assume that we are all a certain way because of the actions of a few!!! Just because there are some extremists doesn't mean the left are all that way. The right has their fair share of racists and bigots too and don't even try to deny that. I'm a liberal and I take offense to this. Call me a tree-hugging hippie, but a "terrorist sympathizer", I am certainly not! My sign at the last protest said, "Make Love, Not War!".

And as far as anti-war protests go....I've been to many and I have never seen the signs you've shown....if I did...I would get far, far away from those people.

Liberals always get more people killed. You cannot have peace with someone who wants to bash in your skull. Next time a nutcase goes into a school i want the liberals to run in and peace him into giving up. Liberals said they can reason with Hitler. They protested us out of Vietnam. Most protesters are peaceful, and they just want to be heard. It is their right.
