Very high, I could go write stuff on Wikipedia on a subject I know nothing about but if it sounded good and nobody argued it then people would take it as truth. I know people who have made up things to write wikipedias on here at work. So if you are using it for homework stuff, not a good reference at all.

well i think if the facts are accompanied by cited sources that seems scholarly its about 95% correct
if the entries are poorly written and uncited id say you have a 45% chance of it being truley correct
