Many people ask questions without defining to which country they are referring. I notice that Americans are particulary guilty of this, but many others do the same. (I guss they are Americans because of the content of their questions, e.g. TV programmes or similar)

thankyou for bringing that to everyones attention i was thinking this same thing earlier, like especially with tv shows, as episides and seasons differ around the world., even the american election as we here in australia are coming up to voting time, it would be very helpful for people to be more specific about what country, you are very right!
