Howzit!
I did it sometime ago... A friend of mine had a bursary from the bank and I accompanied him to submit some forms... They had some stationery stuck to the wall and some just lying around. I grabed ourselves enough pens, pencils and calculators that I till use today (3years later)
Three days later we went back to the bank and we found out that the stationery was for promortional purposes and was supposed to be used by the staff members after the promotion...
So I also robbed a bank ;)

Our banks give pens for free here dont worry.
I'm sure if you robbed a bank you'd be clever enough to take a few billion at least lol

You might have a split perosnality at night you with your car with a loud music on into the streets of Sydney singing and drinking more and you were bored so you decided to go in the bank and you were so light that the security couldn't notice you.

maybe they got into ur bag and they accidentally left evidence in ur purse. you didn't rob the bank, webby, the bank robbed you;)

Assuming you did not threaten physical force to get the pen, you committed theft, not robbery. I imagine they won't prosecute.
