Use Paragon Partition Manager, the easiest program out there:

Depending on what brand storage drive you have. If you have a maxtor, your in luck, go to their website and download a program called Maxblast, try to see if it's able to reformat and partition your drive. And if that doesn't work. go to WWW.cnet .com. They might have a free download that could help you. I Hope you find what your looking for.

symantec partion magic....
or you can reinstall winxp if you want to, you can create a new partion/s there
