This is scientific notation. The easiest way to describe it is to move the decimal point as many times as the exponent of 10 and in the direction of the exponent's sign (negative exponent makes the number smaller while positive exponent makes it bigger).

So in this case, you have 10^-6...simply move the decimal points six places to the right. Note, though, that the negative sign comes outside.
