Guys were made for manual labour and not for the technical stuff so take the manual and do it yourself don't let him do it , but then again I have always found that if you let other people do it you tend to do less yourself and not learn a thing about your computer and if you don't learn anything and if you need something done and he isn't around and its too expensive to go to a shop and have it done you would like to do it yourself.

Your laptop seems to have the p's and b's confused. lol If he is a computer tech then I would guess that he knows what he's doing. And the plus side is he's a friend and probably won't charge as much.

pretty easy. there`s only one cord. Place the new keyboard next to the old one, and plug the new cord in where you un-plug the old one.

If your friend is a certified computer technician sure you can trust him if that is what he does for his job everyday. Otherwise I would take it to the company.

You can defiantly count on him.
It should take him no longer than 10 minutes
