Do bills are named with an "S" when is intriduced by Senator and "H" when is introduced by a Representative?

Yeah, and they're numbered consecutively somehow.

Close...the "S" would mean that the bill originated in the Senate, and the "H" in the house of Representatives. It can be introduced by one or more members in their respective organizations.
