Unfortunately their leadership is not always non-binding. I am reminded of this every April, everytime I get in my car and have to buckle up or every time I ride my motorcycle and have to put on a helmet.
And they claim conservatives want to intrude into people's lifestyles?

As a Democrat, I believe it is a waste of time spending a week in debate about nonbinding resolutions.
