Tapeworms are intestinal parasites that lack a digestive system. Their head or scolex is designed to hold on to the intestinal wall so the organism will not be washed away with the intestinal contents. It has no mouth so it uses its body to absorb the already digested nutrients from the intestine.

No, it's entirely absent from their anatomy. They actually stick to the intestine wall and let their body lengths stretch out so as to make them able to receive the nutrients their human host ingests, absorbing them directly through their body surface (egad).
Like other members of the class (Cestoidea), the cestodes have no digestive tract or mouth. The body is usually very elongated and tapelike and frequently divided into segments, or proglottids, with replication of the hermaphroditic reproductive systems. In a few species there is duplication of both male and female organs within a single segment.
The anterior end is shaped into a holdfast organ, the scolex.
Since a digestive tract is altogether absent, the scolex is of solid construction, typically highly muscular with sucking depressions and hooks.
These worms require massive amounts of carbohydrate (eg. rice) for growth and reproduction, and this need is satisfied from its host ingesta. On the other hand, though, nitrogenous nutrients may be obtained from the body stores of the host; absteining such materials from the host's diet has no appreciable effect on the worms.

They are classified as acoleomates meaning they have no true body cavity (coelom). They contain rudimentary organ systems such as: a ladder-like nervous system with a small brain. A network of flame cells used to sweep nitrogenous waste out of the body. No digestive system since they use the host to digest their food. They can reproduce asexually (regeneration) or sexually (hermaphroditic). No respiratory system (lungs or gills), No skeletal system since they are sessile and don't move around. No endocrine system and their skin is covered with a protective covering to prevent digestion of its body by the host. No circulatory system (heart, blood, etc.). Very rudimentary muscular system found in the scolex.

Tapeworms don't digest their food because their purpose as a parasite in the gut of a host animal is to eat the pre-digested food of the host, egro they have no need for a digestive tract. Just a means in which to absorb the food the host digests.

The answer is yes and no. That is Tapeworm (Taenia solium) has a mouth, but no anus. It takes in the nutrition from it;s mouth (Note that intestines already contain digested food, waiting to be absorbed), and grows lots of eggs enclosed in proglottids.
The tapeworms do not contain a complete digestive system, coz it belongs to phylum platyhelminthes. and this is the general character of members belonging to this phylum.

tape worms belong to the group psedocoloemates which do not have a tube with in system for this simple reason they absorb the digested food of the host through the surface layer by microvilli so they have digestive tract nor a mouth

They're single-celled, so they don't contain a digestive system like we do. There is a mechanism they use to digest their 'food' but it's far simpler than any mammal.

They have no alimentary canal. Since they live in the intestine, they absorb nutrients that are digested by the host.
(They are not single-celled.)
