I don't know about dirty, but it's a bit pitiful, and, unfortunately, I find it a bit funny.
My ex used to make sure she looked good for the gyno too. What's up with that?

I don't think the answer is dirty. I think it is actually funny. The husband is clearly saying as he is begging for sex and the reason for refusal is a visit to the Gynaecologist then certainly oral could be given thus the question of her going to the Dentist as well.

Heheh this is not dirty this is him just asking an honest question lol. She can also be fresh by douching before sex or taking a bath and washing really good.... He is obviously upset about not getting sex so this is his question as he thinks she is lying and making an excuse just not to have sex with him.
