my daughter was getting ready an accidentally smudged lipstick on one of my curtains does any one now how to get this out with out them going on boil wash ,they can be washed .

Makeup remover? If it's gentle enough to put on your face, it shouldn't hurt your washable drapes.

I use vanish you rub a bit on leave over night.Next day wash & put a scoop of vanish in with usual washing powder.Good Luck

dry clean, if they are expensive, they will give you back the money should they go wrong, if they ae cheap, try spot cleaning as you would with an item of clothes, then wash them fully by hand (or if label says so, washing machine).

try putting washing up liquid on the mark and rub it before washing in the washing machine

try a product called awsome, i dont know where you are at but around here (OK) its found in most of the dollar stores

Stain Stick (brand name) will take it out ...It has never failed me yet.
