I was thinking about getting them next year, does it really hurt that bad? I am a secretary how long would I have to be out of work? Is it better to get them before or after having kids? I know these are questions I will ask the doctor but I was just wondering if anyone has been through it already, I want to hear from you. Serious answers only please!!!

every guy is different, but i would be against it unless they were horrifically disfigured. im sure you are just fine how you are. save the money and put it to better use towards something else.

Sorry, but why anyone would want to put something foreign into their bodies is beyond me. You have a natural beauty that you can accentuate with padding (if you think you must), your attire can make a statement, keeping a positive attitude around others is such a great asset, along with a great sense of humor and one of your best "weapons" is to keep smiling! I think as far as the implants, there must be tons of websites where women will tell you of their experiences. Good luck to you!

From what I have heard if you plan on having kids DO NOT have implants.

Also I would consult other doctors not just a surgeon, as a surgeon has vested interests and thus cannot be assumed to be unbiased.

I would look into all aspects of this. People do die getting implants (it is still surgery) and things can go arwy.

Please consider this question before you go farther:

"Am I getting them because i want them, or am I getting them because I have been forced into thinking i want them?"

I am pretty sure that they put them in under the muscle so your milk ducts are unaffected. Also My friend had them and was in minor pain for 2 weeks. Then she was fine.

Talk to your doctor if you have concerns.
