i am the owner/boss
and i have a very open policy in my office
you can come and go as you please
you can fart around
and we all have fun
the only things i do ask is you get your work done
you help the clients as well as you would help one of us and always always always respect others
they all help each other out i have one person who works at home mostly she is a single mother working through college and we help with her clients if she cant get here
i have babysat for her while she went to a clients house because they could not get to my office

I would get some degree of work out of you and i would advise against excessive PC usage like that

It would bother me that you weren't doing work but if you were producing work and answering peoples problems then i guess that would be ok (and of course if you were making me a profit)
