I believe your van has the ford c6 transmission in it so a rebuild kit from a parts store would cost you about $175. But to have a transmission shop rebuild it will probably cost you about $2000.

Tranny rebuilds are Much $$$$$ the sad part is that the parts are usually under a couple under $.

i just paid 1300 for a tranny in a S 10...4 soeed OD...including rebuilt torque converter
