Baby took care of Wayne since he was a baby. The song "Stuntin' Like My Daddy" is more than just a song. Wayne looks to Baby as a father figure and to show the love that he has for his dad; he kissed him.

Lil Wayne explained the reason behind the kiss is because they were imitating the mafia. The Mafia supposedly kiss on the cheek to greet each other, so Baby decided that they should do the same.

i think if he new a camera was right there they would not have done it but out of all honesty your sexuality has nothing to do with how you write song if your kissing a guy or not.And i 100% DO NOT think that he is gay.only he can answer that.be it the truth or not.
