Any constructive, realistic ideas?
Because any censorship is truly an unlawful violation itself of our right to freedom of expression (providing it does not incite)-
Is not Yahoo based in America- therefore is acting unconstitutionally?

We would need a unified force to, basically, violate each and every question so the appeal process gets flooded and they have to put into play a more intelligent system.

While for the most part, the violations are really uncalled for, however, there are a certain few morons lurking around here who have nothing to do but act as total assholes...if you want evidence of their behavior, venture over to the society & culture section.

Yahoo is an entity in and of itself. Our Constitution does not apply here as the requirements for posting are spelled out clearly, and you agree to these conditions in order to post. You already agreed to their sensor ship , so stop complaining about it.
