2. Landing gear
3. The so-called helicopter (he called it an Airscrew)
4. Machine gun
5. Thread cutter (for cutting threads on screws and bolts, etc)
6. Catapult
7. Armoured tank
8. Crossbow
I'm not saying he was the first one to come up with these. Rather he was very good at modifying and combining already known machinery to come up with something new or better than before.

He' s responsible for the scissors, the parachute, flying machines (a first form of airplane), clocks, cariage without horses (ancestor of the car), drilling machines etc.

computers and helicopters.....both very primitive, but his sketches detail these types of machines
