Al Gore is a huuuge fraud. He justifies his massive personal energy costs to run that mega house he lives in by purchasing "carbon offsets" from his own company. That money goes right back into his pocket. What a scam!.....no wonder he's trying so hard to convince everyone our planet is doomed in the very near future, and the hate filled Liberals are eating up what Al the Liar says by the heaping spoonful.

I have no doubt we are in a warming trend, but then again so is Mars, and its ice caps seem to be melting too. And the last time I heard there werent any humans or SUV's on Mars.

I actually believe the earth is going through a warming period. The argument is how much dose man contribute to
it? And this is very hard to estimate. Some think it's bunk, while others think it's something totally caused by us. I believe it's something in between, but who knows where, and how can we possible find out?
All I know is, of all the natural disasters, global green house effect is the only thing mankind can have a hand in changing, whether small or profoundly If you think about it, when a volcano decides to blow, all we can do is get out of the way. If the earth has a fault, we can't fix it. It's going to cause an earth quake. We ether ride it out or move. Tsunamis, We can't stop or even slow down.
And one doesn't know if we could stop mans polluting of the atmosphere today, what effect it would have on hurricanes in the future. But we do have some say about Earth warming.
The sad part is it would take all the nation of the world to curtail depositing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to make
a difference. And this would be as hard as plugging up a volcano.......

I've always known it was bunk. One of the many tools of the liberal (whacko) left used to make you feel guilty for your existence. Complete nonsense...the world moves to its own schedule; an ebb and flow. If it seems to be warming, well...it's warmed and cooled numerous times in the past. Al Gore is an a'sshole and should be muzzled. Of course, he may muzzle himself; have you noticed that his appearance would indicate that he is on the Ted Kennedy diet and beauty regimen? A woose like him can't tolerate that and he will surely die from it.

As I understand it, Al Gore is an American politician, am I right?
Why should his opinion count for anything?
Isn't he the guy who said that he "invented the Internet" ? If so, he's a proven liar.

Global warming is not "bunk" it is a fact. It doesn't matter what Al Gore says. He is just one man. We all need to do what we can whether other people do it or not. While we're squabbling the world is getting worse. We really need to stop picking at each other and concentrate on what is important, that's how we got into this mess in my opinion. We are diverted into criticising each other while the money-makers go on using up all our resources and polluting the planet.

Your as blind as a bat-the facts and proof right in your face and you still don't see it what happened to normal human beings that had brains atleast! The global warming thing is for real babe and in 50 years we all will be lucky to be living on this planet-thats why Bush and Chenay have shuttles they know the truth but never wanted you to know-the earth will hardly substain in 50 years-but hey don't worry about it your probably too old and half dead already.
