OH yes you will be able to buy anything there for a small bag of grass don't pay more than Rs350/- and for a nice peace of black cream don't pay more than Rs 800/-.if your in north goa you will find it anywhere and in the south you will find it there too,just clock for any one making rolly joint's see if they have big skins on them they will be your give away.
go the jazz in in cavelossim and see the lads there.
or on the beach too.don't pay over £10/- for a tolla that is 10gms.
