If it's a severe feeling, you may be dealing with something akin to paranoia. If you think that this is what's going on, I strongly suggest that you contact a psychologist or other counselor to help you through your difficulties.

I would say that you suffer from paranoia. I am 100% disabled due to severe clinical depression. Many people, including myself 10 years ago, think that mental illness is nonsense and that all you have to do is quit being stupid. This is not the case but most people refuse to accept it.

You probably have a very real illness and should seek help.

GOTTA GO...The anticdhfel are coming for me. Do you hear those voices....

Sorry...I have to laugh at myself or I cant laugh at all...Good Luck!!

It sounds like you have lack of self confidence.

You don't trust that who you are is OK, so you look to the people around you to reinforce that you are OK. If they don't, then you think there must be something wrong with you.

You are perfectly fine just how you are. Don't worry about what everyone else thinks.

Be true to yourself.

One person's problem is another person's oppurtunity.

And in this case it is soley up to you to decide: Problem or oppurtunity?

Afterall... you could be right. Would it be a problem then?
Just think about it sensibly for a while and ask yourself if you really care... and why...

Usually when I get feelings like this, it's because someone is talking about me...the way I see it, if they want to make me the centre of their attention, then go for it!

At least they're leaving some other poor bugger alone (ha).
