You could try a piece of software called Sopcast. It's free. Go to sopcast.org for more information and download the software.
Or you could go to a website called www.myp2p.eu. On that there is a guide to watching TV on the internet for beginners and a tutorial on how to use the software. I RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE THIS SORT OF THING BEFORE.

You can watch ESPN2 at 2:30 they have a live game, and they will have another game delayed on ESPN Classic after at 4:30, all times are eastern
