Every system has:
1. Inputs - All the raw materials, machinery, labour force, etc that comes inside, without which the process cannot flow.
2. Process - the flow of events.
3. Outputs - Desired outcomes by using the inputs and putting them in the process.
4. Feedback - This enables enhancing the process.
Systems are available in nature (digestive, respiratory, circulatory, etc.) and in organisations (production, marketing, etc.). Concepts are all the same, but the inputs, processes, outputs and type of feedback vary.
