If you want JUST a friend then approach her like you would anyone else, guys do this all the time with me and so I have a lot of straight guy friends (gay too).
If you want something more, and she is a true lesbian, then you are way out of luck.
Not to hurt your feelings but lesbians are NOT into dating guys.
I have no idea why you want her to notice you but hope it's just for friendship and not curiosity.

Why should you want a lesbian to notice you?
Do you want to be friends with her? If so, just tell her...
If you want more...maybe you should get an operation...

Why? What do you want to do w/ her?

If you're thinking anything romantic, then try to get over this one! You'll be in for a world of hurt when you start diddling a lesbian, believe me!

No fun!

You don't. Plain and simple. I have guy friends that I love to death, but I'd never sh@g any of them. If it's friendship you're after, then just treat her like you would any other friend. If it's more than friendship you want, then I'm sorry to tell you you're sh!t outta luck. Go and bark up a different tree.

I can only guess you want her to notice you to be her friend? Then like any other friend.
If you are trying to become her partner, then you need to accept that unless she is bi and not lesbian, you are out of luck.

approach her the way you would approach any other potential friend... unless you're just interested because she's a lesbian... then leave her alone...

You mean so that they like you as more than a friend? You don't.
Otherwise, why don't you just walk up to them and say hello?

You're probably not serious enough for a sex change. Dress like she does.

If you want friendship, treat her like anyone else. If you want more than that, it isn't happening.
