If you want to buy cheap clothes then go to 168 in Divisoria or the Tutuban Mall in Divisoria also.
Most fashionable clothes are in Greenbelt Makati but some are affordable to the most expensive ones.
Landmark in Makati City or Robinson's Department store in Malate Manila have fashionable clothes within the reach of working girls.
SM Department Stores are all over the Philippines. The Mall of Asia is the biggest mall so far. The prices of clothes here are reasonable.

Quick reply to another post: The store Mango is not Filipino, but it is Spanish, from Espana. However, it does well in the Philippines, and is worth checking out.
My suggestion, Visit: People are People, Bench, Human, Kamiseta, Maldita, Folded & Hung, and so many more. Also, go to the many malls and city centers as they are attractions on their own. Cheap places would be the tiangges and markets. You find gems here and a lot of good fashion for cheap prices, and of course, you can bargain here.
Anyways, support the Filipino stores, industries and businesses before the "foreign" ones. Have a nice trip!

If you'll be staying in Manila or Maynila, there is Robinson's Malate which has a lot of fashion stores. There's foreign branded stores and there's local stores. Try the department stores because they have lots of varieties too.
In Mandaluyong/Pasig, they have Megamall, 2nd biggest mall in Philippines (the biggest is Mall of Asia).
In Makati, Greenbelt is a sure place to go.
btw, my favorite fashion store? Linea Italia, Maldita, Bayo, Freeway, Mango, People are People, Sari-Sari, Top Shop, and Cinderella Dept. Store.

It depends upon your budget:
For me... I go for Celine, Maldita, Kamiseta, BAYO, F and H, & Guess.
Especially when they are on sale. LOL! (--,)
(Say I'm not a fashion branded person but I'm more interested on the kind of materials they are using which are in good quality.)
You wil find them on SM malls, Shangri-la Plaza,Greenhills shopping center, The Landmark, Ayala Center,& some of the famous malls.
But if you go for bargains:
I guess SM department stores, Tutuban Centermall or Divisoria the shopper's haven.
Good luck. (--,)

You go to Robinson's Galleria in Ortigas. It's along EDSA where the EDSA Shrine is located. You can see lots of fashion stores there. Oh, if you want Philippine made products, go to KULTURA. It's at the first floor of SM MEGA MALL. You will surely like their unique native products from shoes to accessories, from dresses to handwoven products.
Hope you enjoy your shopping spree. Take care.
