Why did Kimora Lee Simmons named her brand (Baby Phat)?

because her "ex-husband" made the brand phat farm, so she would like to make her brand for women, so she named it babyphat.

Because it is in fact the "baby" of the Phat Farm company. Phat Farm clothing was the original company then Kimora came out with her own line.
