you will have to download sftware first
you may use google earth
it is the most famous but not the only one
they have a free version if you neede it

try streetsmart which does london, uk streets when you click to magnify as much as possible, or try googleing maps of... (put in your location) and I guess its trial and error, I found one the other night and remember the url beginning with www.m but cannot remember the name!
