So, do you have to cut holes in your pockets too?
I would think it was preferable to them swinging around and accidently bashing people as you walked past.
May I suggest that a badger down your trousers may act as a suitable alternative though.

I'd think it would be preferable to wearing really short shorts and having your scrote dangle down whilst, say, performing leg raises in the gym.
You might not get many people wanting to shake hands with you, though.
