Why do cats like to pee on things made out of vinyl?

It's a territorial thing. Just make sure you keep everything like that off of the floor or anywhere they can pee on it.

No clue. Just hang your rain coats, keep the gym bag out of the way, and put your tent up when not using it. Problem solved.
