How to report a public forum?

How can I report a public forum and who do I report them to in order to make sure the forum is punish? They have been prejudice against me and I'd like to see justice please.

Prejudism is illegal and I have the right to report them.

Report them to the United Nations Council for Protecting the Feelings of Heartfeltlittlewombat.
