I don't know what they would be under a Yellow Pages category, but there are often Tshirt shops (some printing shops might do this, or could perhaps direct you where to go) in town that do printings. If you're willing to do it through an Internet venue, you could try searching "custom print tshirts".

You can do your own. T shirt print packs are widely available so much cheaper and satisfying.
