Questions for the democrats?

Did you know that when George W. Bush was in college, his grade point average was that of a mediocre C? Why in the world did we overlook that? I mean, come on!!!
I think that if we want to make a comeback and take this county over as american citizens, we need to stop judging ourselves and work together. If we do what the hippies did, we can make the same dramatic impact... well, that's what I think anyway. What about you guys? What would you do to have your voices heard?

Jimmy Carter is a brilliant man but he was one of the worst presidents we've ever had. Bill Clinton is a Rhodes Scholar but was another screw up. John Kennedy was very bright and played stupid games that nearly started a nuclear war.

On the other hand, Ronald Reagan was accused of sleeping half the time he was in office yet brought down the Soviet Union and effectively ended the Cold War. I'll bet if you bother to do the research you'll find out that grades in school have little if anything to do with effectiveness of a politician. I'd also like to see how well you would do at Yale, even if you were admitted, which is in no way assured.

of course it is the dem's that gave us social promotion at school instead of based on performance.

but then again, it is Bush that wants school standards raised so no child is left behind.
