I'm thinking of applying to Institutto Marangoni.

If it's fashion you want - St Martins, or London College of Fashion, and there's also Goldsmiths.
If your thinking about costume then also consider Central School of Speech and Drama - Theatre Practice course, which has a costume design branch.
