Have you tried expedia? They can usually find anything you're looking for (in the travel department!)
EDIT: Thought so, just did a search for your requirements and it came up with 7 pages of options. Just go to http://www.expedia.co.uk , click on Hotels and then select the relevant choices.

30th April is Queen's Day in the Netherlands. It celebrates the Dutch queen's birthday, even though her birthday actually falls on 31st January, as the weather is often much better at the end of April.
As a result, hotels in Amsterdam over the period during which you are wishing to stay will often be fully booked well in advance. I checked www.booking.com for vacant rooms in Amsterdam on the nights of 28th/29th April and found a number of hotels, although they are all pretty pricey, the cheapest room being €390 for the two nights in a twin room.
If you want to get a room in Amsterdam for your chosen dates, I suggest you book a.s.a.p. otherwise you may have great problems finding a room even in Amsterdam's most luxurious hotels.

There is a long list of information on Amsterdam in Amsterdaminfo.com, or just ngoogle Amsterdam information. I just returned from Holland about six weeks ago. I had the time of my life, and am now planning a return trip for sometime later this year.

You probably won't. April 30th is queen's birthday, where a million of people want to visit AMS because of the free-market. Everything will be packed.
The train system is really really good. Try to sleep in Haarlem - fifteen minutes by train, every ten minutes, even during the night. Or try ten minutes further in Zandvoort - at the beach (train station 200 m from the beach), there will be hotels probably.
But still: everyone has holiday at April 30th, so it will be difficult

2 nights for sex or Six, either look at
www.lovingamsterdam.com
www.easytobook.com
www.amsterdam-hotels-guide.com
www.travellerspoint.com/budget-accommodation-en-ci-36.html
To be honest, you would be better off getting there and have the fun of booking when you get there. If it is blokes trip away turn it into a man-task or woman task to give the guys a challenge. Other than that be safe and have a good time. Red lights are us
