As a govt. servant, if you try to fight against corruption of the fellow colleagues, you have to be damn brave to expose them and not get affected by it, simultanuely without losing courage you will have to fight for justice and truth. you will be the whistle blower there. First and formost go by the rules read up the rule regarding corruption in the govt. and seek legal advice from a good lawyer who is not corrupted and is willing to fight and win the case, go through the motions, secure yourself first, then plan out every move efficiently, do not i repeat do not let the corrupted person know you are goin to blow them away, act normal and collect the required evidence to support your case and expose them in media, and i think there is anoymity condition and police protection for witnesses who expose corruption cases, get some info on it. and last but not the least this will affect you some since fighting for truth is never easy and stick with through the end. this will earn you respect of others but also brunt from some, the price is heavy but if your are true and determined you'll have played some small part in removing corruption.
good luck! im with you. god bless u!

Well, congress is attempting to clamp down on Gonzalez/Bush's corrupt firing of excellent states attorney general employees who happened to be prosecuting (among other things) corruption among republican politicians and republican contributors in their state. You tell me the implications of that. Lawlessness. A new Watergate. Nixon lives. Crime pays. Pointing to Bush's portrait and telling all the little 1st graders that Bush is a bad man.
In a word: FAITH in govt suffers when govt is shown to be corrupt.

It is quite difficult. I will tell you a first-hand information. My Dad, who was in erstwhile CCI & E, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, in New Delhi, was framed by his colleagues, in license issue case, by forgery. He was suspended and proceeded against. It took 7 years for the court to find him, 'Not guilty'.. The government re-instated him, with back-wages and seniority. But, by the time, he had lost his face and had become very ill. He died, within 6 months of his re-instating, at the age of 47.
This is not to discourage you. But, all his children, 4 in number, including me, have never floundered and are following his path.
Fight on. You will win.

Try to express them that they are indulging in a big crime which equals a murder. If you fail then report to the chief who is free from corruption!!!!!
I should appreciate your mentality against corruption. Let your thinking be as it is till you die. I am sure your colleagues will change on seeing your honesty and rewards.

Great question...and the answer is that it starts with one honest person - with the courage of their convictions to stand up and say that you don't approve of the current situation. The government of the United States needs HONEST employees...and sadly, has few. Fear for the jobs, or just accepting of the status quo...too many are turning a blind eye.
A house of cards will fall if you pull just one card...
