Your problem is tense.

Have is present tense. "I have a headache"

"Practiced" is past tense, I practiced yesterday.

So your sentence states things that are occuring currently AND in the past.

You need to either, change all to present tense...

"I have breakfast after I practice track-and-field."

or

"I had breakfast after I practiced track-and-field."

Although neither is wonderfully constructed, they would work better than what you have.

You need to put a "WILL" in there.

"I WILL have breakfast after I've practiced track-and-field."

The sentence construction is wrong and your grammar are wrong too.Maybe you can phrase it like this- "I had my breakfast after practicing track-and-field."

What really bothers me, is that your teacher was unable to help you understand, and for two days! At least your teacher gave you time! I could not grasp math. I can use any word in the world correctly, but I cannot GRASP MATH! So, don't feel badly. My math teachers didn't have the the ability to use WORDS (LOL) to teach ME math! haha
