I am planning of going 3 weeks backpacking around Europe nextt July, does the InterRail Global Pass for 22 days continous mean I can go anywhere around Europe?

For example from Barcelona, Spain to Oslo, Norway I don't pay extra ?

If you buy the 22 day contiuous global pass, I take that to mean you can travel every day of the 22 days within the entire InterRail network at no extra cost.
