Bcos whenever we are stressed or worried we will be goingon thinking about the problem we have so we can't sleep.while sleeping we must not think anything then u can sleep properly in night.but still if u don't get sleep u just lie down and put ur hands on ur stomach don't close ur eyes and breath in and out atleast 10 times before sleeping daily and then u will get sleep.

It is simply difficult for our minds to relax when we are constantly worrying about things. When we let go of our worries and put them out of our minds for a while, we are more able to sleep. That's why some people fall asleep while watching TV or reading books; those things capture our attention and distract us from the worries in our lives. We must learn to take 'vacation' from our worries to be able to function.

we sleep because our brain needs rest; when your stressed or worried about something, your head is constantly busy figuring out a solution or the causes etc, that's why it is difficult to sleep.

The brain produces some kind of chemical.
