Where do INDIANS stand in corruption at the time of Vision 2020? can we expect at first from last? and how?

Indians r not corrupt. Government officials, politicians r corrupt. May b if v r lucky by 2020. if govt. decreases control on buisness it may decrease little but not all will go.

Think it kinda hard to form an opinion on what will be happening in 2020.
