A more intresting question than you may at first realize.
Love happens in the brain most like due to a combination of pheromones (a chemical signal made by all of us to attract others) and a natural genetic attraction.
Once this happens the brain chemistry changes. dopamine levels rise and seratoin levels lower. And there is a natural release of endorphins. These chemicals are the "high" of love.
Also a bonus note. These brain chemical changes are VERY similar to those experienced by schizophrenic patients. So love is essentually a madness!

its like the hormones are at the back stage prompting alllllll that stuff so when u reach certain stage like teen certain respective hormones are realized so this makes all that mess so physically saying Ur heart goes down and feeling gud etc

Against all myths it is not the heart at all. it is actually the brain which releases certain hormones when we fall in love. i think that those hormones are also released when we eat chocolate.
